This is a good first step, but you need to ask specifically, is he or she board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. You don't want a doctor, board certified in Dentistry, performing a facelift, or tummy tuck on you. Always ask, are you board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
