She did this on her own and not surgically with a gastric bypass. She is a mother of two and underwent a full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. In addition, she had a breast lift with saline implants (430 cc) placed under the muscle. You will notice her abdominal incision is a little longer than most tummy tuck incisions are due to the fact that she had so much skin to remove. | | | Email Dr. Cohen |

She is 5ft 5 inches and was more than one year after her bypass surgery was performed. She had lost approximately 120 pounds. The buttock lift has recontoured her shape and given her a nicer appearance. The post operative picture is taken at one year post op. She also had liposuction of her lateral thighs with a thigh lift but still has some swelling on her lateral thighs. She is 5ft 4 inches and had a gastric bypass surgery done 3 years prior. She had lost approximately 125 pounds and had an abdominal pannus that caused her to have discomfort and skin irritation. She underwent a large Flor De Leis abdominoplasty where the incision is both vertical and horizontal. A plication of the abdominal wall was also performed to tighten her abdomen. She had lost approximately 120 pounds. She requested body contouring and I performed a bilateral mastopexy or lift for her. The post operative picture is taken at one year post op. I have performed the Wise pattern or T incision and lifted her breast tissue and tightened the envelope of skin. I elected NOT to use an implant as she did not want to have a large volume breast.
